When you make a charitable tax-deductible donation to an Oregon non-profit cultural organization such as ArtsEast, and you make a matching donation to the Oregon Cultural Trust for a tax credit, it allows the Oregon Cultural Trust to give back to EVERY COUNTY in Oregon.
Established in each Oregon County is a “Cultural Coalition.” It is their duty to grant monies to individuals, organizations, schools, communities, etc. to help support arts and cultural projects and programs. Anyone interested in
